Changes to your Booking
International Scheduled Flights
Changes to your flight are possible through our virtual customer service center if you have booked flexibility or if you are a silver, gold or platinum member of our frequent flyer program.
International Charter Flights
Changes to your flight are possible through our virtual customer service center if you have booked flexibility with your international charter flight.
NOTE:
In case you have booked a seat on a charter flight operated by DCI onbehalf of a Tour Operator, please check with that tour operator which rules apply regarding changes.
Local Charter Flights (Within Curaçao)
Changes to your local charter flight (these include Aerial Scenic Flights & Seaplane Flights) are possible through our virtual customer service center. A date or time change fee may be applicable as follows:
>30 Days Prior
Free date or time change.
Between 30 & 7 Days Prior
Date or time change fee of EUR 25 applies.
Between 7 & 2 Days Prior
Date or time change fee of EUR 50 applies.
Between 24 & 2 Hours prior to Boarding Time
Date or time change fee of EUR 100 applies.
Less than 2 Hours prior to Boarding Time
Not eligible for a date or time change, and booking will be forfeited when no-show at agreed boarding time.
